A courtyard and grand entrance greet your guests as they arrive to share your special day. With fabulous indoor and outdoor options in our one venue, your event can really be tailored to fit your needs. Small groups can be accommodated in our Victorian mansion and larger groups can really spread out in our Artisan Ballroom and lush gardens. Barr Mansion’s deep Texas roots travel back to 1898, when cotton mogul William Braxton Barr and his wife Tillie Birdwell built this ornate Eastlake Victorian home in what was then Sprinkle, Texas. In continuous operation as a special events facility since 1980, owner Melanie McAfee has added acres of lush ornamental and edible gardens with an unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability. The crown jewel, The Artisan Ballroom, reclaimed from an 18th century Dutch barn in New York, has been lovingly resurrected to perfectly encompass our philosophy of being luxurious, eclectic and organic. The timbers were hewn from trees living when Christopher Columbus arrived to America. The newly created outdoor pavilion The Farmstead with local wood crafted farm tables bring a Farm to Plate experience under one soaring solar-paneled roof. Proud to be the first certified organic special events facility in the nation, we strive for the highest standards in gathering the best of the seasons from our gardens and local farmers.

Camp Lucy, home to the Texas Hill Country's premier wedding and special event venues, is nestled on a gorgeous Hill Country ranch in Dripping Springs, Texas. The property, owned by Whit Hanks, is named for his mother, Lucy Hanks, and its history as an idyllic family getaway.

The Daniel H. Caswell House is a beautiful, turn-of-the century home conveniently located near the Texas State Capitol and The University of Texas. It is the ideal setting for weddings, receptions, business meetings, luncheons, fundraisers, and other events. Rates are reasonable, and great flexibility exists in choosing caterers and other services. Owned and operated by the Austin Junior Forum, a women's volunteer organization, all proceeds from the rental of the house go back into the community through grants and community service projects. This elegant mansion is also honored on the National Register of Historic Places, recognized as a Texas Historic Landmark, and listed as a City of Austin Historic Landmark

Kindred Oaks is nestled among 11 wooded acres of pristine Hill Country land right in the middle of where Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown and Round Rock all converge. Our 6000 sf climate-controlled building includes a prep kitchen, a groom’s area, and a glass back wall that opens up onto a 2000 sf terrace, bringing the outside “in”. We also offer a separate bride’s house as well as numerous beautiful ceremony sites. We do have several bad weather plans we can suggest which is absolutely necessary at a Austin Wedding Venue. We have lawn games that come with the rental, tables and chairs and much more! Sassy and Opie the “drink” donkeys live here also! The grounds are green all year around and wildflowers will be blooming in the Spring. There is a pond stocked with fish and beautiful Slaughter Creek runs around the property also. Best of all we are located close to Austin!

We are excited about our wonderful event center. It’s spacious interior allows us to accommodate upwards of 200 people. The deep porches are a great addition to our outside seating areas and we are looking forward to hosting many fun events ourselves, as well as welcoming guests for weddings, celebratory parties and corporate functions. Star Hill is a recreation of a Texas Hill Country community typical of the early 1900s. All of the buildings have been relocated from around the state and carefully restored for use as wedding, event, and film making facilities. The Allan House is an intimate environment, yet spacious enough to accommodate most event sizes. Using only the inside, we can accommodate wedding ceremonies of up to 60 guests and seated dinners of 50-75, depending on your seating style. Using the courtyard and garden area, as most brides and grooms choose to do, we can accommodate seated dinners for up to 225 guests comfortably.

Founded in 1986, Berry Creek Country Club is the crown jewel of Georgetown located in the foothills of the Texas Hill Country. The Club consists of an 18-hole championship golf course, a racquet club, a Junior Olympic-style swimming pool, fitness studio and grand clubhouse.

The Hidden Falls family of venues consists of two spacious receptions halls on the same property.
